"Music enriches our worship by giving us the opportunity to 'make a joyful noise unto the Lord.' Through music, we lift our voices to God, both individually and as a congregation. Our songs may express joy or thanksgiving, or they may give voice to sorrow, lament, and anguish. In every season of life, music enables our hearts and souls to express what words alone often cannot, drawing us more deeply into worship and into the presence of God."
