Our next event is on this Sunday 14th June (Bush Series #4 2026) at the Baldwins Property - "Burrawang" 50 Calvert Lane Forest Reefs. Start time is from 10.00 to 10.30am. The weather may be variable, but there will be shelter available if needed. This is the second in a series of three training days. It will be led by our most experienced orienteers, Jean and Basil. It is designed to help people, principally newcomers, improve their navigation skills, but everyone will learn something and there will be several courses to choose from. Please note that this is a FREE event, plus there will be a warming soup after the event! All welcome and hope to see you there. More info below.
Goldseekers started it all way back and we're still co-organisers with the Rotary Club of Orange. GMVC 2026 is on this Sunday 29 March. All the details are on the website www.greatvolcanic.org, and you can register up until 5pm Saturday 28 March. There is the 11km trail run to the top of Mt Canobolas or the less taxing 5km Family Trail Run.
Launched in June 2025, this course is now 'live' you can enjoy orienteering any day of the year! Details on how to access the permanent course are available by going to the Permanent Course page of the website.
