At Goldchest Gaming Club, trading card games (TCGs) are a big part of what brings our community together. Whether you’re a seasoned deck-builder or just getting started, there’s always a seat at the table and a game waiting for you.

Magic: The Gathering – Commander Nights

Our most popular TCG is Magic: The Gathering, with a strong focus on the Commander format. These sessions are relaxed, social, and perfect for players who enjoy big plays, creative decks, and multiplayer politics. Whether you’re piloting a finely tuned deck or something more experimental, you’ll find a welcoming group ready to play.

We regularly host Commander games during club nights, and new players are always encouraged to join in—don’t worry if you’re still learning the ropes.

More Than Just Magic

While Commander may be the mainstay, it’s far from the only game on offer. Our members also enjoy a variety of other trading card games.

If you’re passionate about a particular TCG, chances are someone else at the club is too—or would love to learn.

Bring Your Deck (or Borrow One!)

We aim to keep things friendly and inclusive. Bring your own decks if you have them, but if you’re new or just curious, feel free to ask—many of our members are happy to lend decks or teach the basics.
