Meet the Committee – Gold Chest Tabletop Gaming Club

Behind every great gaming table is a dedicated party—and ours happens to run the club as well. The Gold Chest Tabletop Gaming Club committee is a group of passionate players, organisers, and storytellers who work together to keep the dice rolling, the boards set, and the community thriving.

Our committee is responsible for organising game nights, managing events and tournaments, maintaining our growing library of games, and ensuring that every member—whether brand new or a seasoned veteran—feels welcome at the table. We also ensure the club meets all formal requirements expected of an organised group, including developing policies, maintaining structure, and promoting a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for everyone who attends.

From epic campaign planning to making sure there’s always a game for everyone, we keep the adventure alive week after week. But more than that, we’re players just like you. We argue over rules (friendly, of course), celebrate unlikely victories, and occasionally blame the dice. We believe tabletop gaming is about connection, creativity, and a bit of chaos—and we aim to reflect that spirit in everything we do.

If you ever have ideas, suggestions, or want to get more involved, don’t hesitate to speak to a committee member. New voices and fresh ideas are always welcome—after all, every great campaign gets better with more players.
