Children and safeguarding 

The committee will make every effort to make activities safe for participants of all ages.

Gaming can be a complex hobby, and there is no guarantee that all games are suitable for all ages. If a theme for a large event is unsuitable for young players the committee will make this clear in advance.

Gold Chest Gaming Club has no committee members dedicated to children's activities or childcare, and we have no ability to provide safeguarding facilities. For this reason, we insist that all participants below the age of 18 are accompanied by a declared responsible adult.
