CapMetro is the premier bus and light rail provider in the Austin metropolitan area. UT Austin already has an institutional agreement with CapMetro, allowing students and staff to utilize bus and rail at no cost to the individual. These services will remain unchanged and be integrated into GoBevo.

CapMetro currently offers students and staff an optional $12 annual membership to MetroBike, CapMetro's docked e-bike service. University affiliated users get unlimited rides under 60 minutes with this membership. This service will become standard for all students and staff and will be integrated into GoBevo.
