A webcam and Projectors are relatively cheap compared to other technologies. The interface is also available via desktop / mobile if a projector is not available. A front facing camera on a mobile phone or table is enough to capture gestures / facial cues of a person.

If there are any issues with the software / hardware, IT support is available to troubleshoot any issues they may have.

For users if they get stuck on how to do something, A website will be available for users to browse for tutorials / FAQ pages for help. These tutorials include how projectors / cameras are set up, how to use the interfact and how to connect the software to the hardware, etc. In the future, there are also agents that are available 24/5 to support educators/learners with any questions.
