Our return policy is governed by the return policy of the brand from which you have made your purchase. Please note that different brands may have distinct return windows and conditions. If the allowed return period (hours/days/weeks, as specified by the brand) has elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
Currently, GNZY™ does not support exchanges. We are working to introduce this feature in the near future.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Certain items, such as undergarments, are exempt from being returned.
A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Important:
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances (if applicable):
Books with obvious signs of use.
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you have not received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

To return your product, please use the ‘Return Item’ feature within the GNZY™ app and follow the instructions provided.
Note: Not all items are returnable. The return eligibility of each item will be clearly indicated on the cart page.
Items purchased through affiliate websites cannot be returned to GNZY™. You must follow the return policy and terms of service of the respective affiliate website.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time required for your returned or exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
GNZY™ is not responsible for items lost during the return shipping process due to logistical faults. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
