If you have to file a consumer case then you should know that where can you file your case. Check some important information here about how to file complaint/ appeal. Then check the territorial jurisdiction here and pecuniary jurisdiction here . If you want to file your case online then you can file it on https://edaakhil.nic.in/ . However before filing you have to prepare your documents and complaint. Check the format of complaint here, and make changes as per requirement. Thereafter you can check status of your case online on Confonet website or on website of National Commission or on website of Delhi State Commission. Check Consumer Protection Act 2019 and Rules here. Don't forget to see the amendments and rules.
