The association of advocates was conceptualized by Mr. G M Gupta Advocate who started practicing in year 2000 in various Courts in Delhi NCR.

With the increase in clientele, he started appearing and representing the clients in courts in NCR and with the increase of volume of work he started associating with the local advocates. Due to responsible and professional attitude Mr. Gupta started getting cases from far away states and he started handling matters in distant states on his own or with the assistance of associates.

The association was thus formed, and some good and responsible lawyers have associated with us. The lawyers in this association are responsive and zealous, which is our motto of working.

At present we are based in Delhi and NCR region and having our associates in Faridabad, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Noida, Bahadurgarh, Rohtak, Hissar, Jaipur, Rudrapur, Nainital, Chandigarh, Tohana, Firozpur, Hyderabad, Alwar, Meerut, Bhiwadi, Rewari, Mumbai etc. Over the years, our association has evolved to encompass a wide range of legal services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Gas (India) Limited (GAIL) (formerly known as Gas Authority India Limited) is the largest state-owned natural gas processing and distribution company in India. It is headquartered in New Delhi. Our client is a 50:50 joint venture company with NTPC Limited, India and GE Power Systems GmbH, Germany. We are handling their day to day legal issues and advising them on all the legal matters they may face. We are also representing them in various forums, wherever required.

It’s a part of well known major corporate houses in India and has business in a variety of fields, having presence all over the world. The Company is primarily engaged in the business of cement business in India. I am advising and handling the litigation of the Company pertaining to its usual monetary disputes and recoveries.

I am providing services to the Company for civil recovery matters, cases under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and Revisions in District Courts and High Court Delhi.

The Company had few disputes in India out of previous collaborations which are being handled by me in Delhi High Court and Delhi District Courts and we are advising them for their future collaborations.

The Company is a Hospitality Group having Guest Houses in Delhi and NCR. The Company is also handling business as an online aggregator for hospitality business.
