To encourage steady progress and routine, all training packages come with a set expiration timeframe:
10-Session Package
• Expires in 2 months (8 weeks)
• Ideal pace: 1–2 sessions per week
25-Session Package
• Expires in 4 months (16 weeks)
• Ideal pace: 1–2 sessions per week
50-Session Package
• Expires in 6 months (24 weeks)
• Ideal pace: 2 sessions per week
Small group training packages follow the same expiration timeframes.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited at the trainer’s discretion.
Rescheduled sessions must still be completed within the original expiration window, unless prior notice is given for medical reasons or extended travel. In those cases, a temporary extension may be granted at the trainer’s discretion.
All rescheduling and extension requests must be communicated in advance.
No refunds will be issued for unused sessions once a package has begun.
Special circumstances (injury, relocation, etc.) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
All package policies (expiration timelines, rescheduling limits, refund eligibility, etc.) begin on the date of the first scheduled session, not the purchase date.
This ensures flexibility for clients who may purchase in advance but start training later.
Clients are responsible for scheduling and completing sessions within the timeframe of their package.
Communication is key — please reach out early if personal circumstances may impact your ability to complete the package on time.
Staying on schedule helps maximize results and maintain accountability.
