In October, for the month of the Rosary, Family Rosary USA will provide families an opportunity to share thoughts on all of the Mysteries through images. Visio Divina — “sacred seeing” — is an ancient prayer practice family members of all ages can participate in together.  Using their imaginations, each member can share thoughts and feelings evoked by artists' depictions of the Joyful, Sorrowful, Luminous, and Glorious mysteries. Short 300-word reflections will accompany the images, with instructions on how to take turns voicing what you see in the image that touches your heart and draws you closer to Christ (and His Blessed Mother).

Below is an example of how these posts will look—we’ve used excerpts from the Joyful Mystery series referenced above. We invite you to spend a little time yourself, pondering along with Mary each joyful moment shared in these mysteries of the Rosary.
