What is a Jam? A jam is collaborative experience where groups race the clock to create new and inspiring projects geared toward a shared theme or purpose. It is not a competition but a chance to work with new people and to experiment and take creative risk in a supportive and exciting environment.  A jam can consist of one location or many. What unifies a jam is the shared goals and time frame which condenses the process.

Global Game Jam is the world’s largest game jam event, with over 30,000 jammers across 632 sites in 93 countries. Stevenson University is one of those sites!
