REMINDERS
Members need 40 hours of service a year, or you will not receive official credit as a member of Key Club.
Seniors: You will not get chords at graduation if you do not complete your hours!
In order to count a meeting as an hour, members must complete the service project at that meeting.
In order to count a meeting as attendance, members must show up and complete the attendance form.
Members must attend at least 5 out of 7 meetings (5 hours come from meetings).
Members must complete at least 5 hours EACH quarter.
Members MUST submit meeting hours.
For other activities, please give a detailed description of your service. To ensure that you participated in the activity, please write a description of at least one complete sentence; three or four words will not suffice.

Please note that the GHS Key Club has updated their attendance policy, and this will be put into action at the start of the 2024/2025 school year. In order to promote attendance for monthly meeting, the annual hour requirement is lowering to 35 hours per academic term. For every meeting missed without notice in advance, Key Club members will lose 1 hour off of what they submitted in the form below. In order to avoid this deduction, please let your Class Rep know that you will not be able to make it to the meeting. Attendance forms will be closed promptly at the end of the meeting.
