Glencove Pool Membership Information
· The cost of membership is:
o Resident Single Membership $225
o Resident Family Membership $325
o One time initiation fee $150 (applies to resident members only)waived 2023
o Non-resident Single Membership $325
o Non-resident Family Membership $425
· Section 1 of our by-laws restricts membership to a maximum for 70 families
· Section 1 also allows for outside (non-resident) members
o Must be sponsored by a resident member
· The Board of Directors has limited non-resident membership to a maximum of 20.
· All members (Resident and Non-Resident) MUST REGISTER and PAY their membership dues by Memorial Day to ensure their membership.
o You can register by printing out this form and mailing / delivering it to the treasurer along with your check or fill out the online form and deliver payment. The registration form may also be filled out with the below link.
· Non-resident memberships will be issued on a seniority basis.
· The Board of Directors maintains a Non-Resident Members waiting list.
o To remain on the waiting list, you must also register
o People on the waiting list will be notified shortly after Memorial Day (within a week) if there was enough room for them to join
· Non-resident memberships are finalized the day after Memorial Day, giving first priority to resident members up through Memorial Day
o For example, if 55 inside members signed up by Memorial day, there would only be 15 non-resident memberships available, due to the limitation of 70 memberships (this has never happened). You will receive your Pool Pass at the Memorial Day party.
o Non-Resident members that do not register and pay by Memorial Day will be moved to the bottom of the waiting list.
o In the unlikely event that more than 50 resident members sign up, all funds will be returned to prospective non-resident members that paid but were not allowed to join. You will also be asked to return your pool pass
