You should be cautioned that the content within this program might change you in ways that you didn’t anticipate; hopefully in good ways, but maybe in bad ways.
The ideas you will be exposed to might make you aware of things you might not want to know and the workout could be more challenging than expected and could cause injury to the weaker parts of your body. Perfect! You’re still here so let’s get started. I once heard that the best way to escape from prison is to first realize you are in one. And I think you’ve realized that. Your mind and body are in a prison and only you hold the key. Unfortunately, that key is hidden, probably invisible or maybe it doesn’t even exist yet.
It’s an interesting perspective, huh? I could spend my time rallying you to escape your prisons - to let go of the social conformity, undo the unhealthy behaviors, and heal from your greedy addiction to the machine of capitalism. You would probably agree that those problems suck and you would appreciate my help at setting you free. Well, maybe. Maybe not. Maybe once you were free, you would find that life was better as a prisoner.
I’m not biased in favor of an open mind, a nurtured soul, a fit body. I like to think of every possibility from as many angles as possible so I must also consider that the best way to hide from danger is to realize that you are already hiding. There are ideas and conditions that you are sheltered from. In other words, maybe it’s not a prison, afterall. Maybe you’re in a storm shelter.
So once again, I must urge you to consider your motives for taking interest in this program. Think about what you really, really want in life. Ask yourself how your life would be different if you didn’t want a nicer home, a flatter stomach, more money, bigger boobs, stronger arms, unwrinkled skin. Yes, what if you just gave up on those things and saved yourself the time and money and applied those savings to the thing you really, really want. Yep. That’s an option, you know and one you should take seriously because this program you’re about to start. It’s hard. It’s time-consuming. You will be sacrificing your time on planet Earth to become happier - but if you’re already happy - do you really wanna start messing with that? Well, only you can decide that.
I did decide to do it and I am waaaay better off. Happier. Healthier. Smarter. More balanced. More at peace. More in tune with what I want.
