Please submit this form to the Superintendent Room(Dorm A 1st floor) when you leave the dorm. 

If not submitted, the dorm fee may be notified even though you do not live in the dorm.

※ The Application for Moving Out of Dormitory Housing are kept in front of the Superintendent Room.

Exchange method

1. Fill in the application under mutual agreement with the room & roommate that you want to exchange.

2. Please submit it in writing or scanning to the GIST HOUSE student council room(dorm A, 2nd floor) during office hours or Student team on weekdays.
