<Rule of the Bulletin Usage>

  • Position of the bulletin in the dormitory

: Inside of the elevator, Front of the elevator, Beside of the student council room, In front of 사감실, Dorm A and B roby


  • The bulletin located inside and in front of elevator, beside of the student council room, and in front of 사감실

: It is prohibited without the permission. It only allowed for crucial matter after the permission of the House intercommittee.


  • The bulletin which is written in A4 only located in dorm A and B roby

: Post allowed by filling in the deadline without application

      1. Deadline cannot exceed in 30 days, you should modify the deadline if the duration exceed the 30 days.
      2. During the amount of posting is high(Mar, May etc.), it is allowed after permission
        • Not only using the spreadsheet, you could also contact to House intercommittee any way you want.
        • e.g.) House facebook message, e-mail, office hour etc.


  • The bulletin which is NOT written in A4 only located in dorm A and B roby

:You are allowed to apply both e-mail and facebook message. → After application, House intercommitte permitted → Post with deadline written → House permission sticker will attached by staff.

※NOTICE※

  1. DO NOT use the other method to post the poster except using the magnets. Please make a contact with House intercommittee since there is no magnet left.
  2. Post at prohibited place, Non-compliance of the size of the poster, Not applying the sheet, Not written deadline, Undemolition of the overdue poster etc. The publisher or chairman will get the penalty points by the upper reasons(By the violation No 28. 대학생활관수칙 of the Stadard of the penalty points).
