• During the vacation

You can apply it by filling the form which connected through the House site. You should request it before the day ago. You should fill it without any mistake to use the storehouse. And please summit the application for the vacation storehouse usage before one day in advance. You can check whether you have applied through the check link.

• During the semester

We do not accept the storehouse use during the semester application, You can request storehouse open during House office hour

Application of moving-out conformation also need to fill the form which is connected through the House site

• During the vacation

You should request it one day in advance and write the Time, Student ID, name exactly. You can check whether you applied through the application check link, please check you applied properly.

• End of semester

You should request it an hour before and also write the Time, Student ID, name exactly. You can check whether you applied through the application check link, please check you applied properly.

You can cancel it by making new application. You should write your cancelment in the special case question according to the form.

You can check it by the spreadsheet. Please check your note exactly.

There is the Student ID and name of the Students. It is the privacy so that it can't be opened to another person. House intercomitte also delete that information immediately after the task finished. It can't be opened for any case, if you have any need for it, you should request it through the section of undergraduation administration service. If you are not the remainer, you only allowed moving in to the room at the moving-in period. House intercomittee are going to check the empty room and the room when the moving out conformation is finished so that you could not moving in to the room. If you break the rule; using the room before the moving in period, you will get a massive penalty point for occupancy of empty room.

If the room you want to moving-in is empty or moving out conformation is done, you can moving in to the room. If you moving-in to the room which moving out conformation is not done before the regular moving in period, according to the reason below the room will not be cleaned so that you should moving in to the room which moving out conformation is finished. After the regular moving out period, House intercommittee confirm the empty room where the person do not moving in next semester and the room which moving out conformation is not finished. If the moving out conformation is not done, we should consider the deposit refund and penalty point so that you could not moving in the room. Then the person who did moving out conformation will clean that room.

You can come to us during House Office Hour and write the student ID, name, phone number. Then you can rent the House ware. You can lend it up to 3 days. If you want to extend the lending period, let us know using Facebook GIST House. If you don't return the ware in 3 days, it will be treated as unreturned. You can also return the ware during House Office Hour. If you return the ware without our confirmation, it will also be treated as unreturned. If you unreturn the ware 3 times, you can't return the House ware

First, download the application in the House site Reference Room and submit it to the GIST House mail after fill the application. When you are permitted through the mail, please print one application and submit it to the House room after you signed it. The maximum duration that outsider could lodge in the dormitory is 5 days.

There are some case that have trouble with using the internet because of the IP address collision after moving the room. Please check the IP information after moving your room which located in front of the door. There would be problem or impossible to access to the internet, if someone is using the same IP address.

You can register the bicycle at the "office hour". You could find the office hour timetable at the GIST HOUSE facebook page or in front of our council room. Please visit our council room at the office hour to register your new bike. Also you should bring your Student ID card to register the bike.
