This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in a wide range of general information and communications technology (ICT) technologies and to support small to medium enterprises (SMEs) that require broader rather than more specialised ICT support.

Student Interneships General

• GIS Association gives an opportunity to pass an internship on the basis of the GIS Association Education Center.
• Internship involves the implementation of projects of various subjects, in order to develop the trainee's skills of real work, the acquisition of professional experience, the formation of a portfolio.
• The internship does not imply an educational component. Mentor only points out the trainee's mistakes made during the internship.

The terms of participation

• To participate in the internship program, the candidate is tested.
• According to the results of the testing, the candidate is credited (with 60 points out of 100) or is not enrolled (having scored less than 60 points out of 100) in the group of trainees.

Internship Passage

• The duration of the internship is established by the mentor.
• The trainee can interrupt the internship at any time.
• The internship takes place both remotely and internally.

Completion of the internship

• Upon completion of the internship, the trainee receives a certificate confirming his competence in the industry.
• GIS Association can recommend some trainees to potential employers.
