Chair yoga isn’t just lots of sitting.  This class uses the chair for balance, support, and mobility. Practice is suitable for anyone interested in intentional physical movement, peace of mind, and building resilience. The hardest part of this class is getting yourself TO the chair.

Join this 30-day reset to tune back into yourself, refocus your health goals, and begin practicing mindful health. First, we build self-awareness with meditation and mindfulness practices, and then, you set your mindful health goals. 

Through educational presentations, group discussion, and lots of practice, we will explore topics like stress, sugar, and our relationship with food, but your goals are your own. 

This is not a detox. This is not a challenge. This is an opportunity to be present in your body, mind, and breath. One breath at a time towards a happier & healthier life.
