The Adventure Team had a few Action Pack sets with the word RESCUE in it's title.

Set includes:

• Red rocket pack

• Blue pulley top

• Blue rocket chair grips (2 halves)

• Blue handle with white string which clips to the back of the rocket pack for storage 

• Flying Rescue instructions.
