Section -1: Review (mostly)

You should try to complete at least 1 lesson per week over the summer.  Watch the videos and take notes and try examples.  Then try the assignment and check your solutions against the worked out solutions to see how many you got correct.  Make note of things that you do not understand and ask those questions in tutorials so I can explain them when you return to school.

Most of the material should not be new but should, at minimum, be familiar to you.  If you have never seen this material, try to learn it.  (You can always come to tutorials the first weeks of school for extra assistance.)

Varisty Tutors on Demand

Denton ISD has begun utilizing Varsity Tutors for 24/7 on-demand tutoring, which is free for all Denton ISD students. To utilize the platform, students log in to their ClassLink (SSO) account and navigate to the top left of the page. From there, students select the plus icon to open the apps library and search for “Varsity Tutors” and add the app to begin using the service. Students can also navigate to the website and use their district email address to log in.

This service is normally $200 per year but is FREE to ALL DentonISD students.

Lesson 1.6: Inequalities
