Important Brazil Visa Information for International Delegates

All international delegates attending the Billion Soul Harvest Global Summit 2026 in Brazil, November 4–8, are responsible for confirming whether they need a visa based on their nationality, passport type, and purpose of travel.

Visa requirements vary by country and may differ for holders of ordinary, diplomatic, official, or service passports. Please check the requirements with the Brazilian Embassy or Consulate responsible for your place of residence.

If you require a visa and have not yet applied, please begin the process immediately. Brazilian consular guidance recommends starting the application process well in advance, as processing times vary. Brazilian visas cannot be obtained upon arrival at an airport, seaport, or border crossing.

Visitor Visa Information

Short-term attendance at conferences, seminars, congresses, and similar events generally falls under Brazil’s Visitor Visa (VIVIS) category when a visa is required. However, the appropriate visa category and final decision are determined solely by the Brazilian consular authorities.

Special notice for Australian, Canadian, and United States passport holders: These travelers currently require an electronic visitor visa to enter Brazil. Applications must be submitted through the official Brazil eVisa portal. Please review the Brazilian government’s official eVisa information before applying.

Requesting a Visa Invitation Letter

Billion Soul Harvest is the Summit sponsor but is not the host organization in Brazil. Therefore, Billion Soul Harvest cannot issue visa invitation letters.

If an invitation letter is required for your visa application, please contact the Brazil host church directly at:

Please provide the following information accurately and as soon as possible:

• Full name as shown on your passport

• Church name

• City and country of origin

• Email address

• Phone number

• Complete physical address

• Clear copy of your passport

Each traveler, including a spouse, must request an invitation letter separately. When sending a passport copy, please verify that you are using the exact email address shown above.

Important: An invitation letter supports a visa application but does not guarantee visa approval or admission into Brazil. Summit registration also does not replace a required visa. All visa and entry decisions are made solely by the appropriate Brazilian Embassy, Consulate, and immigration authorities.

For your registration team, the most useful fields are passport nationality, passport type, travel dates, and visa status. For example, an Indian or Nepali citizen living in the UAE still needs the visa applicable to their Indian or Nepali passport.
