All delegates attending the Billion Soul Harvest Global Summit 2026 should arrange their flights according to the following schedule:
Arrival in São Paulo: November 4, 2026
Departure from São Paulo: November 8, 2026
Designated airport: São Paulo/Guarulhos International Airport (GRU)
Complimentary transportation by comfortable charter coach will be provided between the airport and Summit accommodations only on November 4 and November 8.
Please make sure your flight arrives at GRU on November 4 and plan to depart from GRU on November 8. Airport pickup schedules and other transportation details will be provided to registered delegates as arrangements are finalized.
Delegates arriving or departing on other dates will be responsible for making their own transportation arrangements, unless they are participating in an official optional tour. Separate travel and transportation information will be provided for tour participants.
