The official program begins with the Opening Session at 6:00 PM on Saturday, November 1, and will conclude on the evening of Tuesday, November 4.
Departure is on Wednesday, November 5, with optional cultural tours available on November 5–6.

Summit Registration Fee: Free. There is no general registration fee to attend the conference itself for our invited delegates.
Accommodation & Meals: Free. We provide all standard accomodation, meals, and ground transporation once you from the Jeju Airport.

The event will take place on Jeju Island, South Korea — a beautiful and strategic location for global gatherings.
The main venue is the International Convention Center Jeju (ICC Jeju), a modern facility overlooking the ocean and well-suited for global conferences.

Commitments have already been received from leaders across Asia, Africa, Europe, the Americas, and the Pacific—representing denominations, networks, and mission organizations.

Yes, you are correct in presuming that flight costs are typically covered by each participant or their organization.
We are not able to cover international airfare, but we are happy to provide visa support letters and assist with logistics as needed.

🧭 Cultural Opportunities
Yes! Optional Jeju Island cultural tours will be available on November 5–6, immediately following the summit.
You are also welcome to explore cultural experiences before or after the official dates — and we’d be happy to assist with recommendations.
Invited guests receive sponsorship covering accommodation, ground transportation, meals, and registration, with the exception of airfare. All rooms are double occupancy; if you prefer a private room, specific fee for a private room will be announced soon.
If you would like your spouse to accompany you, they are welcome to join. However, they will need to cover their own lodging, meals, and ground transportation, with a fee. The exact spouse fee will be announced shortly.
As flight prices rise, we recommend booking your flight as soon as possible. If you need a visa or K-ETA, be aware of your local embassy's timeline and plan accordingly. Request a letter of invitation from our Registration team and submit your paperwork to your embassy at least three months before the event. Remember, embassy timelines vary, so it's your responsibility to check.
