We recommend booking direct flights to Jeju Island (CJU) whenever possible. Several international cities offer direct or seasonal routes to Jeju, including:
Thailand: Bangkok (BKK)
Singapore (SIN)
China: Shanghai (PVG), Beijing (PEK), Beijing Daxing (PKX), Nanjing (NKG), Shenzhen (SZX), Hangzhou (HGH), Xi’an (XIY), Shenyang (SHE), Ningbo (NGB), Qingdao (TAO)
Taiwan: Taipei (TPE), Kaohsiung (KHH), Taichung (RMQ)
Hong Kong (HKG)
Macau (MFM)
Japan: Osaka (KIX), Tokyo (NRT)
If a direct flight from your location is not available, you may consider using one of the above cities as a layover or transit point, since many airlines operate connecting flights to Jeju. This option may be more convenient and cost-effective than transiting through Incheon.
Alternatively, you can fly into Incheon International Airport (ICN) and transfer to Gimpo Domestic Airport (GMP) for a short flight to Jeju.
⚠️ Please ensure that your travel arrangements comply with the visa requirements for your nationality as well as any transit countries.
📅 Arrival in Jeju: November 1, 2025
📅 Departure from Jeju: November 5, 2025 (Unless tours are selected)
ℹ️ Note: The program will officially begin on the evening of November 1. Please plan your arrival accordingly so that you do not miss the opening session. FYI, all program will end on the evening of November 4, and you will be able to check out on Nov. 5.
🛬Step 1: Arrival in Korea (Incheon International Airport)
Most international flights arrive at Incheon International Airport (ICN). After immigration and baggage claim, you will need to transfer to Gimpo Airport (GMP) in Seoul, which is the main domestic airport for flights to Jeju.
⛲️Step 2: Transfer from Incheon (ICN Both 1 & 2 Terminal) to Gimpo (GMP)
• Distance: ~33 km (about 50–70 minutes depending on traffic).
• Options:
Airport Limousine Bus: Direct service from ICN to GMP (45–60 minutes, approx. KRW 7,500–8,000).
AREX Train: All-stop train from Incheon → transfer at Gongdeok → Gimpo Airport (55–60 minutes, approx. KRW 4,000–5,000).
Taxi: 40–60 minutes depending on traffic, approx. KRW 40,000–50,000.
⚠️ Please allow at least 3 hours between your international arrival at Incheon and your domestic departure from Gimpo to Jeju. This time is needed for immigration, baggage claim, transfer, and check-in.
🛫 Step 3: Domestic Flight from Gimpo (GMP) to Jeju (CJU)
Gimpo Airport offers frequent flights to Jeju (every 20–30 minutes).
November is peak season in Jeju, so we strongly recommend booking your domestic flight as soon as possible.
Once you arrive at Jeju Airport, our conference team will guide you regarding transportation to your hotel or the venue.
📌 Important Notes
Please book your Gimpo–Jeju ticket early to avoid any last-minute issues.
Kindly share your confirmed domestic flight details with the organizing team so we can assist you upon arrival.
