Each participant is responsible for booking their own hotel (on us. Free of charge).

The standard room is complimentary. However, the Organizing Committee will not make reservations on your behalf.

On this website, you will find a range of options — from hotels provided free of charge to optional upgraded rooms & hotels available at an extra cost.

Only registered emails can make reservations. If you are our invited guest and not registered yet, please follow the previously sent link to register ASAP.

3. Reservation Deadline

Hotel reservations through the official website will remain open until October 8, 2025.  We kindly ask you to secure your accommodation before this date.

4. For Those Who Already Paid a Guarantee

Even if you have already paid a guarantee, please ensure you complete your room reservation through the site to confirm your exact accommodation.
