Moodle - the virtual learning environment (click to expand)

What is it? Moodle is the home of course materials, including:

✅ Session slides & resources
✅ Assignment submission areas
✅ Online activities

How to access it:

Please note: Moodle is only accessible to enrolled students.

OurNewman – the student hub

What is it? OurNewman is a one-stop hub for important university services, including:

✅ Timetable
✅ Email & notifications
✅ Accessing other Newman systems such as Moodle and your email

How to access it:

OurNewman Portal or download the app from the AppStore or Google Play Store

Please note: OurNewman is only accessible to enrolled students

University email - stay connected

What is it? Email at university is used for:
✅ Contacting tutors & university staff
✅ Receiving official university updates
✅ Accessing the timetable (via Outlook calendar)

How to access it:

OurNewman (online or via the app)

Microsoft Office 365

What is it? Newman students get access to Microsoft Office 365, including:
✅ Word (for essays & reports)
✅ PowerPoint (for presentations)
✅ Excel (for data & budgeting)
✅ OneDrive (for storing files online)
