Teaching is most fulfilling when learners excel and are able to accomplish great things on their own.  Teaching is fulfilling when one gives the knowledge and skills in the best way possible and without holing back.

Teaching is fulfing when you celebrate the achievement of the fast  learners and at the same time wait to see the effort of the time takers as they craoos the finish line.

Teaching is fulfilling when you see the smile on a learner after listenning to their distressing story

 Teaching is fulfilling when the learner challenges the teacher technologically and the teacher take up the challenge.

Teaching is fulfilling when the teaching fratenity is empowered to feel fulfilled.
