I had a couple of nicknames growing up, to some I am known as Gemma, Mema (what I used to call myself) and more recently Mum! But my most special nickname is Gem given to me by my mum.
Probably not very original I know, but very special to me. As always, she would call me her ‘Gem’, to her I was a precious ‘Gem’. She would always call me a precious Gem especially if she was proud of me (which looking back seemed a lot of the time), or if I needed encouragement and I think it was a really special reference that was helpful to the both of us in many different ways, then and now - to refer to me as her Gem.
So, what better name as a holistic grief coach, than to come to you as Gem, a Gem guiding you with light on your grief journey. There to support you and guide you, not fixing any emotions or fixing your grief but a light to shine the way.
Much like the lighthouse shines a way in the darkness to the ships in the sea, I come to you from my Beacon guiding you & working together with you.
