First of all, you can get in touch via the application form on the website or by email to book a FREE discovery call. You can also get in touch via WhatsApp, telegram or email if you prefer. The application form is there to complete so that we can start by checking if this is what you are looking for and if I am the right fit for you.
After the application form is completed and returned, we will arrange to have a Free 20 minute discovery call. This will give us an opportunity to discuss what has come up for you on your grief journey, to make sure we are the right fit to work together and to discuss any questions you may have. It is a really lovely opportunity to get to know each other a little bit and find out what is coming up for you.
If you decide you would like my support, after the discovery call there will be a contract and some pre-work sent to you to be completed before our initial session. This will help us move forward with your goals. (It’s ok if you don’t know what these are right now!) The sessions will run depending on how long you choose and what you need. Every one of us is unique and our grief journey is our own.
I will be available for support via WhatsApp, telegram or email once you have sent the application form until your sessions finish. Unless you wish to sign up for more.
During a session we will take our time to explore what is coming up for you. It may that something has come up in your day to day, during the week or you may have overall areas and topics in your grief journey where you need some support.
Together, we explore what is coming up for you in Mind, Body & Spirit. Through discussion & powerful questions, somatic enquiry, breathwork, grounding & lastly exploring & finding awareness together, so that you have support in focusing on your goals and moving forward - creating space around your grief.

This is entirely up to you as there is no size that fits all! You can decide what package you would like to go for & for how long!
It is important to note, that in order for it to be safe & well-paced, I would not advise in rushing sessions and would recommend a minimum of 6. However, a one off coaching session may be helpful to gain an idea on how it works.

If you are new to holistic grief coaching why not give it a try. I can offer a one-off coaching session to get some insight into how the sessions work.
I myself have tried counselling and found counselling to be very helpful – but I found there was no outcome or change when the sessions finished and felt I needed further support. After having had my own grief coach, I have found it to be a very growth oriented, safe space, that I could work with my grief in a trauma informed way, bringing awareness to areas of my life that needed it.
I can work with anyone who is grieving and experiencing loss. Whether it be a pet, parent, child, friend or sibling. I can currently help young adults (18+) & adults, however, in the future I hope to be able to offer support to children and young people. Watch this space.

Holistic Grief Coaching is a supportive service but is not a substitute for crisis intervention.
