STATUTORY DECLARATION UNDER SECTION 4(1) (B) OF THE RTI ACT, 2005

Sec-4(1) (B) of RTI Act 2005 covers the statutory declaration of SHRI RAGHVENDRA SINGH HAZARI GOVERNMENT DEGREE COLLEGE HATTA, DAMOH, M.P. DAMOH Website. It covers all the rules and regulations which are implemented by Government of Madhya Pradesh.

Our Institution was established in 1952, 12A, 80G allotted by the University Grant Commission (UGC), New Delhi. Affiliated to the Maharaja Chhatrasal Bundelkhand University, Chhatarpur MP.

Presently, the institute offers 4 UG courses (Regular) and 1 PG course with specializations in various disciplines.

SHRI RAGHVENDRA SINGH HAZARI GOVERNMENT DEGREE COLLEGE HATTA, DAMOH, MP is registered under Societies Registration Act 53, 1950 of Government of Madhya Pradesh and Affiliated to Maharaja Chhatrasal Bundelkhand University, Chhatarpur MP. The college has a Governing Body which is approved by the authority appointed by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. It runs as per rules and regulations made by the Government from time to time.

The Institute comes under Local Fund Audit which gives certificates and remark regarding the maintenance of financial transactions. The Institute has different bodies to maintain all types of disciplines on the campus.

All the cells or committees of the institution are under statutory bodies and come under section 4(1) (b) of RTI Act 2005. The applications under the RTI Act, along with a postal order/ demand draft of Rs.10.00 obtained in favour of Principal, SHRI RAGHVENDRA SINGH HAZARI GOVERNMENT DEGREE COLLEGE HATTA, DAMOH, MP, may be sent to the Public Information Officer / Registrar or handed over in the office. All information about the Institute come under section (1)(b) of RTI Act 2005; hence, are open for the public and any of them can be obtained by a citizen of India.
