Gender Equity

A Women Empowerment Cell is a dedicated unit within an educational institution that focuses on addressing the specific needs, concerns, and empowerment of female students and staff.  

1. Counseling and Support:Providing regular counseling services to female students and staff members to address personal, academic, and career-related concerns, at the Principal Office Directly. 

2. Awareness Programs:

   • Organized awareness programs and workshops on gender-related issues, women's rights, and empowerment.

   • Conduct sessions to challenge stereotypes, promote gender sensitivity, and foster a culture of respect and equality.

3. Skill Development:

   • To Facilitate skill development workshops and training sessions to enhance the employability and self-reliance of female students- with RCVP Narohnna Simiti courses to 100 percent target students out of 80 percent has been completed the 4 module of communication skill, language skill, computer skill, entreprenurship skill. 

   • Collaborate with external agencies or professionals to provide mentorship and guidance on career development as RCVP Narohhna, URJA (Ministry of Energy) Govt. of MP under Urja saksharta abhiyan, Mygov.in for pariksha pe charcha & participation etc. 

4. Health and Well-being:Organized health camps, awareness programs, and workshops focusing on women's physical and mental health in total 100 plus efficient programmes were organised. 

5. Celebrating Achievements:Recognize the achievements of all female students and staff in academics, sports, cultural activities, and other fields.

6. Networking and Collaboration:Made Web ERP and APP, QR Code Information Circulation System and MIS.

Campus Security:  Deploy qualified security personnel at key entry points, ensuring 24/7 coverage.
