Asset Kickoff

Steps for kicking off an asset to external artists:

1. Asset request: Assets requests from the team get assigned to the Shotgun user FN-Outsource-Triage and show up on the GRIP dashboard page called OS Triage here.

2. Review request: Go through the list of outsource questions with the asset requestor to make sure you get all the info needed to send this out.

3. Asset Brief: Create and upload Brief/seed pack to vendor folder on Box

4. Update and assign tasks in shotgun: fix version, tags, parent, delivery date, task status to ready to start, asset status in progress OS, assigned to fields.

5. Notify vendor: Send out message to vendor to let them know new work has been assigned to them. And ask them to update the bid numbers, delivery dates, and 

   1. For new asset types: Review asset brief/seed pack with external artist over vidcon

      1. Book vidcon to review phases and expectations per delivery phase, with examples.

      2. Review WGLL and talk about key points of why it's the gold standard.

6. For new vendors:

   1. Confirm Box.com and Shotgun access

   2. (Needs to be created) Send Shotgun docs/instructional videos

   3. Confirm any internal tools that they need from us function
