What is the bare bones list of things you'll need before you send something to outsourcing?
Asset list:
What are you looking to outsource? Get an asset list together.
Timeline:
When do you need it back by? Include a due date and/or fix version for your assets.
Feedback POC:
Who will be giving feedback?
Concepts/reference material:
Collect any concept/reference material from the asset requestor.
Source assets:
Is your asset a repaint or does it go with a set?
You'll need the source assets that need to be repainted or any existing source files that the work should be based on.
Examples are assets like, a character base mesh, a head that's going to get reused, a texture that we want them to match or reuse.
Seed pack:
Take all this info and build an
asset brief (seed pack)
that will get uploaded with all the other info to Box for the vendor.
