GBHS Pool Keyholder Agreement - 2026-27 Season
All pool keyholders must read and agree to the school's Conditions of Use and keyholder responsibilities listed below before registering for a pool key.
Registering online
Our online registration Form records your agreement electronically. You do not need to print or sign a paper agreement if registering online.
For a family key where two adults will use or share the key, both adults must complete their own agreement. The first adult completes the main registration. The second adult then uses the same Form and chooses the Second-adult signature / agreement option.
The swimming timetable is available on our Pool Timetable page. Please familiarise yourself with the permitted swimming hours before using the pool.
Prefer a paper form?
If you prefer to register in person or cannot use the online Form, click on the button below to download and complete the paper registration and Keyholder Agreement as shown below. Completed paper forms can be handed to Swim Buddies volunteers at a scheduled key collection session.
Please note: Keys can only be issued once all required agreements are complete, payment has been received and a key is available for allocation.
