The NYU Environmental Law Journal (ELJ) was founded in 1991 by students and alumni interested in furthering scholarship in the evolving field of environmental law and since has become one of the leading environmental law journals in the nation.

The NYU Mind, Ethics, and Policy Program conducts and supports foundational research on the nature and intrinsic value of nonhuman minds, including biological and artificial minds.

The NYU Wild Animal Welfare Program aims to advance understanding about what wild animals are like, how humans and wild animals interact, and how humans can improve our interactions with wild animals at scale. 

Through practical research, innovation in education, and corporate engagement, CSB aims to unleash the transformative potential of business to solve societal challenges at speed and scale. 

The Student Sustainability Committee considers matters relating to sustainability and environmental justice related concerns both as it relates to the body and the wider NYU community.
