Overview
This design concept envisions a future where the intersectional identities of faculty members are acknowledged and taken into account in their experiences. The major change is the way work is presented. Whenever possible, data is included to compare the experiences of faculty members with specific intersectional identities to the overall average. The goal of this concept is to educate viewers on the ways in which the experiences of different groups of faculty members can vary.
