Overview
This design rethinks how the content of a CV could be organized. Instead of grouping work by domain (teaching, research, or service), it organizes work by goal. There are two types of goals that collect work: 1) institutional goals that align with the strategy of the organization and 2) personal goals that are written by each individual. Organizing activities this way makes it more obvious how your work contributes to the bigger picture.

More information about features
Make it easier to see how you are contributing to the strategic goals of your institution. Anything from teaching, research, and service can be grouped under a goal.
As you enter new 'line items' into your account, our AI automatically suggests which goals your work contributes towards. You can link activity to as many goals (institutional or personal) as you like.
Set your own personal goals to live alongside your institutional goals.
Our AI will suggest SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timely) that you can track to help you achieve your goals.
