To register students in Junior Festival, the teacher will follow these steps.
Pay FPM dues ($40, https://www.thefpm.org/membership) or pay Individual member dues ($70). Due October 1, 2025.
Form a Junior Club comprised of their participating students. Pay Junior Club dues, $50 minimum, $2 per student over 16 students. (See Junior Club Invoice, due October 1, 2025).
Buy the National Federation of Music Club Bulletin for Festival rules and the list of required pieces. (Important: see Bulletin Updates)
Register students on Vivace . Deadline is December 1, 2025 at 11:59pm
Pay Registration Fees and Federation Cup Fees. Deadline: December 10, 2025 (postmarked and non-refundable): $17 per solo entry or $17 per each member of an ensemble, $50 for a group of 5 or more. An invoice will be emailed to each teacher from Vivace. If you are registering students in both piano and strings, you will receive two invoices. Write one check payable to Suwannee District, FFMC. Mail invoice and check postmarked by December 10 to:

Sign up by December 1 to monitor on the day of Junior Festival.
Scheduling on Vivace:
There will be no schedule changes or repertoire changes allowed after registration.
Please check with your students for any conflicts before registration. Eg., math competitions, sports events, Chinese New Year celebrations, dance, weddings, etc.
If possible, please leave the scheduling boxes blank. Do not enter "None" or "N/A".
If any scheduling requests are necessary, follow this format. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate specific time requests.
Accompanist - Last name, first name
Siblings - Last name, first name
Unavailable dates - State day ("Fri", "Sat", or "Sun") and either "am" or "pm".
Scheduling notes - If a student is in both Strings and Piano, indicate which day for strings and which day for piano. Eg., "Strings Friday, Piano Sunday".
