Once the student has enrolled into the course, the course cannot be transferred to any other individual. In this case the student will need to opt for the refund. Refund requests must be made in writing to gagana.music@gmail.com and will be granted at the sole discretion of the Academy.
The amount refunded will be based on the following schedule, from the date the written refund request is received by the Academy:

Before the second scheduled* class 100%
After the second scheduled* class No refund
*Scheduled class is the calendar date of the second scheduled class and this will be the date honored for all refunds whether the actual class takes place or not for various reasons
Registration fee is non-refundable, but in case the student wishes to avail a course in the future, the registration fee would be waived.
Requests for refunds need to be initiated within 7 days after the day of payment of course fee. After 7 days from the date of enrollment, the entire course fee would be forfeited by the student. Refunds for any taxes (GST, etc) would be withheld.
The school is not responsible for students who are irregular to classes and have to pay their monthly fees regardless of their attendance.
If a student does not attend his/her classes for continuous 3 months, then his/her admission expires. A fresh admission has to be done to enroll again.
Fees to be paid before 10th of every month or else it will attracts the additional charges.
Gagana Music Academy reserves the right to raise prices at any time. Both current and new students enrolling in courses must pay the current prices in effect at the start of each course term.
Students have to collect their fee receipts without fail and present them when required.
All valid mode of payments are accepted (Cash, NEFT, Digital Payment)
