So for the set up of the book ratings included will most likley be the title at the top, the author in the box below, a highlighted summary, any warnings attatched to the book, additional informatioin, then people are free to add reveiws after this.
If you want to add a book to this feel free but please follow the order here add flip the side of the picture and text everytime we add a new book. If you are still confused after you can look at other books that have been added for clarificationÂ
There are two main categories for books queer/ gay books and other books that are good. We added these because people like me and other people on this site have had trouble finding good queer books, and I want to make clear to others using this site which books contain queer content. Please only add a book in the gay section if charecters are actively LGBTQ+, it dose not have to be gay. Transgender, asexual, bi, ect. all work too. If you wish to add a book that falls in an inbetween category you can decide, but you may want to add something that says for example, "this book features a bisexual charecter, but focuses on a straight relationship that the charecter has". We may create a rating system but for now I would say that queer category is for books that have very explicit queer content.Â
Speaking of explicit. If your book contains explicit sex, very gory violence, any trigger warnings that may have been mentioned on the inner cover of the book or something, please add a warning saying that this book contains these things as some people are not comfortable with these topics.Â
I would also reccomend including any sequals the book may have in a section for any additional topics you may want to add.Â
For summaries I reccomend using goodreads if you can and we have used them for the majority of the summaries.
