Global Project

This project was about researching a country or city anywhere else but the United States of America. We had to create a word and a PowerPoint. The word was "individual" when the powerpoint was created to have the partners work together and combine their information, which will be presented in class for peer review while presenting.

I learned that Germany has one of the oldest median ages in the world, 45. This is not far off of the oldest, which is 57 years old in the country of Monaco.

From this project, I got to learn more about Germany and its diversity, reliance, and how many people use technology. This assignment was something I feel was a very informative thing to learn about because it shows just how advanced Germany is and how technology is a part of Germans' everyday lives. By working with Kulshan, I got to learn a few things about Delhi, India, which is his home. I believe this project was worthwhile because it can broaden your perspective and alter how you perceive technology in everyday life, especially when compared to America and other countries. I and Kulshan decided to meet at the library a couple of times to work together to complete this project in an effortless and time-efficient manner. However, while working together, I created the PowerPoint and filled out my information first. He then copied my info and put it and his in ChatGPT to summarize his work just like mine and then copy and pasted the work. I asked that he finish the slides on Monday, 11/17/25. I then transferred the Google Slides into a PowerPoint to review in front of the class the following day and corrected the errors and advice I received to present what you saw above. Overall, I am displeased with my partner and the ways that he communicated over text, as some of the things seemed quite racist in speech and with how he worked, it was dissatisfying overall.
