I gained a deeper understanding of the functioning of CCBC's email system and the potential risks it faces when data breaches go unreported. I say risk because it comes with a fine if not reported within 24hrs.  I also learned about some methods to prevent falling for scams online and the amount of help CCBC provides students with safe, reliable access to emails as a default thing. Overall, this was a beneficial course but I feel it should be more publicly accessable for students to complete in their own time.
