The Board of Directors or the Executive Board is the main governing and executive body of Gabay Isko. It is composed of the organization's officers, namely the Executive Director, the Associate Director, the Administrative Director, the Membership Director, the Finance Director, the Research Director, the Publicity Director, the Creative Director, and the Ex-Officio Director.

The Secretariat Committee oversees the administrative duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the working committees. It is responsible for logistics and the documentation of meetings, assemblies, and events of Gabay Isko. It is headed by the Administrative Director.

The Membership & Development Committee is associated with the internal affairs, specifically the members, of Gabay Isko. It ensures the development and welfare of the organization's members to foster a healthy environment through team buildings, workshops, and other initiatives. It also handles the application process for aspiring members. It is headed by the Membership Director.

The Finance & Operations Committee manages the monetary and financially-related concerns of Gabay Isko. This includes budget allocation, sponsorships, and income-generating projects. It is headed by the Finance Director.

The Education & Research Committee handles information-related activities and materials for Gabay Isko's initiatives, events, and projects. It is responsible for content creation and stakeholder relations. It is headed by the Research Director.

The Public Relations Committee is in charge of Gabay Isko's external affairs in order to establish external relationships and partnerships, as well as publicize the organization's projects and initiatives. It also handles Gabay Isko's social media accounts and answers helpdesk concerns and inquiries. It is headed by the Publicity Director.

The Creatives Committee sees to it that the overall branding and image of Gabay Isko is maintained and portrayed well. This is done through its production of publication materials and visual aids for the initiatives, events, and projects of the organization. It is headed by the Creative Director.
