Vision:

The Organization envisions a healthy and empowering learning environment for all students in the University as the widest premiere basic student services arm of the University of the Philippines Visayas.

Mission:

The Organization shall advocate for quality and accessible basic student services, as well as student empowerment, for all University students. The Organization shall always strive to:

1. Assist the FSTs in their adjustment to university life;

2. Guide the incoming FSTs in their application and enrollment processes;

3. Provide an avenue for incoming and current University students to raise inquiries and concerns;

4. Keep University students up to date regarding announcements and information relevant to basic student services;

5. Defend and promote the rights and general welfare of the University students;

6. Encourage and give opportunities for service and leadership to University students;

7. Build and maintain an approachable and welcoming environment to University students;

8. Develop excellence through teamwork, leadership, and creativity;

9. Create a healthy working environment fostered by camaraderie, progressed by constructive criticisms, and joined by empowered members; and

10. Advance community engagement initiatives through various mediums, including but not limited to: social media campaigns, donation drives, social mobilizations, and other deemed necessary social actions.
