About Us

The 76ers are a large local basketball club, with over 400 members.

We have between 30 to 40 teams per season, ranging in age from U10s to Seniors, across various divisions and grades.

We offer members the chance to have fun, keep fit and engage in some friendly competition throughout the season!

The majority of 76ers teams play in the Eastern Hills Basketball Association, with games primarily played at the St. Francis de Sales College gym in Mount Barker throughout the week. Cornerstone College is used as an additional venue where required. Training is also held at St. Francis de Sales College gym on Sundays.

In 2022, our internal Mini Hoops program was established. A combination of a short training, followed by a game, played at the Adelaide Hills Recreation Centre. This program is for new players aged 5-11 years, looking to develop their skills and understanding of the rules of basketball. 

We also have walking basketball and mixed basketball competitions at the Adelaide Hills Recreation Centre.
