Also known as the German Arms 76ers, 76ers Basketball are a large local club with over 400 members, fielding between 30 and 40 teams per season for players ranging from U10s to seniors across various grades and divisions. We offer members the chance to have fun, keep fit, and engage in friendly competition. Most of our teams compete in the Eastern Hills Basketball Association at the St Francis de Sales Community Sports Centre in Mount Barker from Monday through Thursday, with training sessions held on Sundays.

Mini Hoops: Established in 2022, our Mini Hoops program is a fun introduction to basketball that combines training and a game. Suitable for children aged 4 - 12, our sessions run on Monday’s and Thursday’s during public school terms, including a girls-only session on Thursdays.
Mixed Hoops: our Mixed Hoops program is an all-inclusive, fun-first basketball experience built for anyone seeking a social game. Open to all genders, skill, ability, and fitness levels - if you're 14 or older, you're ready to play! Games are held on Monday nights, 7:00 - 7:45pm.
Sister Hoops: Our all new Sister Hoops is a fun and inclusive session for women of all skill and fitness levels who are looking for a truly social game. Girls only need to be aged 14 or over to join in the fun! Games are held on Thursday nights, 6:45 - 7:30pm,.
76ers Basketball is run by a dedicated team of volunteers who are actively involved in the local basketball community.
