The client needed a digital and agile transformation, with a focus on the core business which was Mergers & Acquisitions.

Role
Serving as an Agile Project Manager, I undertook the responsibility of managing the Backlog for the entire programme. Additionally, I conducted in-depth research to apply Agile Models to the domain of Mergers & Acquisitions.

 Actions

• Developed and managed the Product Backlog for all program activities.

• Conducted extensive research, resulting in the creation of a comprehensive document addressing the application of Agile methodologies to Mergers and acquisitions, this research was inspired by Kison Patel's work.

 Outcomes

The Agile M&A analysis garnered significant approval from the client, with a notable commendation received from the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The successful acceptance of the analysis underscored its relevance and effectiveness in advancing the digital transformation objectives for the client.
